Euroa Caravan Rally Report
The Euroa Caravan Rally May 4th – 7th followed on from the Corryong Caravan Rally and was attended by 22 people in seven vans and 4 cabins.
It was good to have a visit from Margaret and Noel Comport as they passed through Euroa.
The Caravan Park is situated along the banks of the Seven Creek and has a new amenities block a fully enclosed Camp Kitchen and a Outdoor Rotunda where we met for our happy hour. The campsites are mostly grassed and town centre is in walking distance of the camp.
Adjacent to the Caravan Park is the Seven Creeks Hotel where we had our Saturday evening meal which was enjoyed by all.
A lot of tourist information was provided by the Tourist Centre and many of the group walked along the scenic Seven Creek Reserve, visited the many shops in Euroa, drove into the Strathbogie Ranges and up to the Mt Wombat lookout, visited the Nagambie and Shepparton weekend markets.
The weather was kind to us and all had a good time.
